AAF Members,
I am pleased to announce the winner for the 2009 AAF Icon Award in the category of Lean Six Sigma. This award recognizes accomplishments and contributions to GE and to the African American Forum. The ICON award promotes role models through recognition of chapters, clusters, and individuals for their outstanding achievements, commitments, leadership, and demonstrated excellence in various functions within GE and within AAF activities. The AAF Icon Lean Six Sigma Award is given to recognize competency, achievement and innovation in Six Sigma methodologies and processes. Roderick utilized innovative approaches and demonstrated project leadership while also mentoring others in Green Belt projects. Please join me in congratulating Roderick.
