Christians habitually
seek God's voice through prayer, through His Word, or through messengers. Yet, sometimes we fail to hear God speak through His activity, "even though
he's working all around us." Or we see and hear Him clearly, we just don't understand what we're seeing and/or hearing... We don't know it's Him.
God encourages us to watch for His activity so we will know how to respond and adjust our lives accordingly. We don't always have to understand what God is saying to us. But we
should always listen and obey Him anyway! We ought to be sensitive to what Our Father is doing around us,
He speaks to us clearly through His activity. If we want to hear God's voice, all we need to do is look around us to see what He is doing. When we are watching for God, what we see will reveal His character...and we will have a
fresh understanding of how to respond to Him.
Habbakuk 1:5
Look among the nations and watch...Be utterly astounded! For I will work a work in your days which you would not believe, though it were told to you.
