SELF VALIDATION

by Natarsha (Washington, DC)

Be secure in who God made you to be. You do not need people to validate who you are or what you should do. Encourage yourself! Do not let one negative thing affect all of the other positive things that are going on in your life. You may not be where you want to be in life right now, but Thank God that you are not where you used to be. Your time is coming and you will be where you need and want to be in God's timing. Whatever you are waiting on and seeking God for, it is on the way. Be patient and wait on God. He may not come when you want him, but he is always on time!

Do you have a gift/talent that you are not using and should be? What are you waiting for? God has already given you everything you need to fulfill the gifts he has given you to use for his glory. Open your eyes, it is right in front of you all you have to do is go and get it!

Know who you are for yourself. Nobody can tell you who you are, but the ONE who created YOU! It is okay to hear what others have to say, but seek the voice that matters the most.

Very insightful! I got a lot from that actually. If you don't mind, I would like to derive a poem from this post. When I read such potent work, I get inspired to write.

Thank you CLO! He is definitely doing a great work in us and is continuing to unfold things right in front of our eyes. It is unbelievable! We could not do this own our own strength. All praises belong to HIM!

Hi Don! I am a sinner too! I am no different than anyone else. I am not perfect, no one is. I was not where I am now all my life. I just want to encourage others and have people share real life experiences and be able to apply biblical principles to them. I am a firm believer of real life application. I need to see how people deal with things and still trust in God no matter how hard it gets. I can't tell you something I have not gone through myself or know of someone who has gone through it.

If we can learn from other peoples experiences whether good or bad we can avoid those things, learn from those things, or be encouraged by those things and be motivated to be a better person. We tend to make things more complicated than they need to be, if we stop getting in our own way, we can be much further along than we are.

All is well. I hope all is well with you. Talk to you soon!
