I just feel real selfish right now. It has been nearly 4 months since the last time I shared with you guys. I do apologize! Please forgive me for my absence. A lot has taken place here in Seoul, South Korea within these past few months. One of the biggest things, I believe, that has happened was my students graduating. It was a bitter sweet moment. I had been their teacher from October '07 to February '08. For five solid months, my students and I have learned so much from each other. It was amazing to see the kind of progress they were capable of making. They have grown socially, academically and even emotionally. I had 10 beautiful students who were so motivated to learn not only English but also about life as a whole.
There were many times when I would be teaching a lesson from the curriculum and somehow in the midst of that lesson, Brian or Hyung-Sup's curiosity would get the better of them and they would ask me why my hair was so short and course and why his hair was so long and fine. Those were the moments that I wished I could teach them forever.

They are so adorable! At least you still get to see them even though they are not in your class anymore.
You're right. I check on them everyday. One of them who used to be shy when I first started teaching them, thinks he's the man now. So he felt like he could make jokes in class and not do his home work. His teacher told me. So I make a surprise appearance to his class. He was so out of words. I took him out of class and laid into him. Now he's the best student in the class. lol
